Scan your inbox
Connect Gmail or Outlook when available and scan the whole inbox. Scanning does not move or delete anything.

Review your Inbox Report
See Suggested, Review and Protected messages, and where the clutter comes from.

Choose what to clean
Review suggested sender groups and messages, then choose what you want moved.

Confirm cleanup
Where cleanup is available, Organizinbox runs final safety checks and moves only approved messages to Trash or Deleted Items. Production cleanup is not available yet.

Review the result
Check the result. Use Undo within the displayed deadline if needed, before disconnecting. Or scan again to see what remains.
Important mail stays protected
When we're unsure, we leave it alone.
We protect recent, starred, flagged, and important messages, along with messages showing signs of personal, account, or billing information. These checks cannot determine the value of every email; review your selection.

Does Organizinbox permanently delete email?
No. Production scanning is read-only and cleanup is not available.
Does Organizinbox read my emails?
We use basic email details and process Subject lines temporarily for protection. We don't fetch email bodies or attachments. Reports and required restoration state are stored temporarily in encrypted form.
Can I use it with Outlook?
Outlook is currently unavailable. Check provider availability for updates.
What if Organizinbox is unsure?
We leave the message alone. You review every cleanup group before anything moves to Trash.
